Delivery, Cancellation And Return policy

Delivery Time

• For Orders with Ready to Ship Items, the order is shipped next working day and courier transit time is another 2-3 days.
• For Orders with 2-3 Day Dispatch Time Items and 7-10 Day Dispatch Time Items, the order is shipped within 7-10 working days and courier transit time is another 3-4 days.
• For orders with both Ready of Ship and other Time to Dispatch Items: 2-3 Days or 7-10 Days, you will receive 2 parcels.

Delivery Charges

• For orders with Ready to Ship Items, we charge a flat AUD 9.99 across Australia and New Zealand.
• For orders with 7-10 Day Dispatch Time, we charge a flat AUD 9.99 across Australia and New Zealand.
• For orders with both Ready of Ship and other Time to Dispatch Items: 2-3 Days or 7-10 Days, you will receive 2 parcels, but the shipping cost will be AUD 9.99 only.

Return / Exchange Policy

    1. For all Abayas, Kaftans and Dresses, return and exchange is allowed provided following conditions are met:

• Item Return Exchange request is raised within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Item is unused and in perfect condition.

    2. For all Abayas, Kaftans and Dresses, only exchange is allowed, and not refund, if the item is sold in a discount / promotion more than 30% of MRP.   

    3. For Hijabs and hijab caps, Return and Exchange is not allowed due to hygiene reasons.

    4. Refund will be processed within 3-4 days of receiving the returned item.

    5. Cost of Return/Exchange Shipping is entirely borne by the customer for both sides unless customer receives a defective / wrong item.

    6. Shipping amount of AUD 9.99 is not refunded to the customer in any return / exchange scenario.

    7. For Defective / Different Items Received: Please share pics of the item received, and we will quickly organize replacement. Cost of shipping for the replacement item will not be charged to the customer in case of exchange or return in this case.

    8. If the customer receives the correct item as ordered, and wishes to return for any other reason, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
